Service Description
Elevate your bridal look with our bespoke bridal service. Your wedding dress or accessories are designed uniquely for you by Alexandra Mayleigh Designs. Our bespoke bridal service ensures that your wedding dress or accessories are not just a garment or product, but a piece of art that embodies your personal style and vision for your special day. To begin your journey with us, please book an appointment with our talented Designer, Ellie. During this consultation, Ellie will work closely with you to discuss every detail of your desire, ensuring that your dreams and ideas are brought to life with precision and care. Your £50 deposit is required to secure your booking which covers Ellie’s time during your first appointment and is non refundable. At your first appointment, you will be provided with a selection of fabric samples to touch and feel, allowing you to choose the perfect materials for your gown or accessory. To help us understand your vision fully, please provide as much information as possible about your dream design when you contact us. This can include descriptions, styles you admire, and photos for inspiration. Every detail you share will help us craft and capture what truly reflects your personality and style. Cancellation Policy
Bespoke Bridal Policy - £50 booking deposit fee is required on checkout to secure a two hour consultation with designs and samples provided. This deposit covers our time in your first appointment and is non refundable. - Final total cost of garment design varies. This will be confirmed at the first consultation. - Following the consultation, the cost of your materials and £200 is required to begin the making of your garment. - No work is carried out until the first payment of your materials and £200 is received. - Final payment must be paid by the 'due date' agreed. - Late payment will affect completion times. Cancellations: - Alexandra Mayleigh Designs reserves the right to cancel any order without explanation for doing so, in the event of circumstances which meant that the work requirements could not be met. - We will ensure that any communication of cancellation or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time. - Cancellations by customers within 48 hours of order confirmation will be considered. However, the cancellation request will not be considered in this instance that work has already started and is in progress. Alexandra Mayleigh Designs holds all rights to accept or decline cancellations. The customer in this instance, will not receive a refund of their deposit. - Client must place their first appointment booking at least 12 months in advance of their wedding date. Not booking in advance may result in a cancellation of your booking due to not allowing enough time for the work required, a refund will be issued in these circumstances. - Any other changes to your booking would be governed by the above terms and Alexandra Mayleigh Designs has full autonomy to accept or decline. Returns: - No returns for any custom garments or any of our services will be accepted due to them being made-to-measure and bespoke designs. - In the event that the client is not happy with the service received, they should contact us with reference to their booking and their query. Alexandra Mayleigh Designs will aim to resolve within a reasonable time frame. Measurements: - You will be required for your measurements to be taken at every appointment and will be asked to maintain these measurements until your event date. - If any work is carried out and is incorrect due to your own cause of not maintaining your measurements, you will be charged extra for any additional work. - Appointments are based on how much work is needed to be completed.
