Frequently Asked Questions

All one to one appointments are approximately 1 hour 30 minutes max for bridal alterations and 2 hours max for bespoke bridal pieces, unless stated otherwise, so please arrive on time to make the most out of your time with us. How many appointments you need will depend on the amount of work required. For alterations, please allow 3-5 appointments and for bespoke bookings please allow 6-8 appointments.

We are with you every step of the way through your dress journey, whether that be altering your dress to perfection or designing and making it from scratch!
